What's the point in having white wine if it's not chilled?? Eh?? ????

oh my wine is very chilled - I permanently have a bottle of white in the fridge next to the milk..........


it's generally the same bottle sat there for about 4 weeks before I get round to opening it, and then it's a struggle to finish it before it starts tasting yucky as I don't much like drinking on my own and if I do only a glass or two (and then I cba the next few nights..........)

Granville is not clapped out!
He out ran a roady a few weeks ago!

He is a lovely Hungarian folding bike who, having met up with a Unicorn, has found the elixir of youth!

This is when he found me.

This is him now.

Subtle improvements, front and rear luggage, comedy hooter, comfortable saddle, cycle computer, stealth LED lighting, hand built wheels with wide range SA hub gears and drum brakes, high speed gearing, new tyres. The folding pedals I fitted weren't up to the job as the bearings gave up so I have temporary old pedals on for now.

My humble apologies to Granville. I know he's a star really. Mind you, I think he's probably got a more powerful engine now than ever before....

I'm just getting ready for what seems likely to be a rather hot and sweaty day at work....

I do hope it stays nice for the weekend, might even get a little bike ride in.

I have to confess to being lazy this morning, got my coffee in bed brought by the 7yr old, and have only just got out of it now to make sure the older 2 get off to school on time, and be ready to take the youngest in a little while. Going to be fiddling with my gears today and then trying something new out - I believe it's called housework.........

Yes I did 28 almost sniffle free miles but still not up to my usual hill climbing self yet, but I have managed to get in 143 miles in the last couple of weeks so not too bad I should get fit again just in time for winter
