No, nothing of the sort. I'll just keep chugging away at the water and wait for my kidneys to explode.

A large pinch of salt and one of sugar should work as electrolyte, I think.

Or Tea. Tea works for everything. I'm just having a cuppa after a pleasant 20 miles ish as a sociable pace. The hardest bit is getting up the two flights of stairs when I'm home!

I've just returned from a 25 mile ride on Granville.

On the ride I popped into the Co-op to buy a bottle of drink and found some biscuits for Potsy, but he will be too scaredy cat to have them!

You'll all pleased to hear that I'm less dehydrated than I was. I think it was the two large bowls of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes whilst watching Last of the Blonde Bombshells that did the trick.
