yes the sun is coming out here now, alrady have a load of washing on the line, just waiting for another to finish, then think I'm going to head out to the country park for a couple of laps. Got too much stuff to do today (And a meeting tonight) to contemplate going too far from home, and at least the country park is close enough that when I get fed up it's not too far home

. Managed 2 laps of it yesterday, and got up there via the road route (Rather than the shorter off road route) and was home 1hr 7 minutes later.........if I can do the road route again, and maybe 3 laps and be back home in 1 1/2hrs I'll be fairly happy.......'

Oh and I've had a fidle with my front deraileur this monring - think it's sorted now - finally got it to move up to the biggest one so that may make things a little easier. having more gears to use

Oh, and in answer to your question: yes, you can get sunburnt through glass, according to Cancer Research UK.

Most glass used for windows blocks UVB but not UVA. This means that although glass might reduce the risk of sunburn, it does not prevent long term damage from UVA. So, if you are driving long distances or sitting in your conservatory every day for long periods of time, you need to make sure you are using sun protection on sunny days.
