Blueberry muffins? 
I've had the laziest bike ride in the world this morning: 6 miles, met up with the club at the coffee stop, had two coffees then cycled the 6 miles home.
Now pondering lunch: beans on toast methinks. Just waiting for the washing machine to finish, only I can't remember what time I put it on so every time it pauses I have to wait to see if it starts up again

19 miles done, studded tyres are interesting, for some reason I kept getting a craving for a bowl of Rice Krispies

So kind of you Potsy. I have just done a brisk three mile walk in the lovely sunshine, and consumed a Hot Chocolate on my return home.
