Just out of curiosity, what are the prevailing winds in the UK, and how do they change with the seasons? I'm wondering if more people do LEJOG rather than JOGLE?

Just out of curiosity, what are the prevailing winds in the UK, and how do they change with the seasons? I'm wondering if more people do LEJOG rather than JOGLE?

In general the prevailing winds are from the south west. Today's wind is from South South West, warm and wet.

Morning to you, too . Here's a bit of news for you: apparently a problem with a control room caused the entire Melbourne train network to grind to a halt for about 15 minutes this morning .

I've just learnt that there is no milk in the fridge, this means no tea

might have to make an emergency trip to Sainsburys..

Morning to you, too . Here's a bit of news for you: apparently a problem with a control room caused the entire Melbourne train network to grind to a halt for about 15 minutes this morning .

They lost the power supply to 4 platforms to New Street the other evening. That caused chaos as they lost the capacity of 4 platforms during the evening rush
