just nipped in Aldi on Salford Precinct to get the neck warmer & novelty U.S Cop biscuit barrel I forced myself not to buy the other day & they don't have any.. bummer.

Nice 55 mile lumpy ride over Stourport and Great Witley way. Out west of Kidderminster and north of Worcester (areas you were on about )

Sounds good, sadly no cycling today. I had planned on a ride to get lunch from a local cafe.
