Tea? (Part 3)

Just had the council on the blower. A man is arriving at 8am to replace the loo that was replaced on the 21st October as it's not been done properly. The floor man reported it as it's wobbly, the plumbing joints are pants and it's been concreted in and not to a good standard. The new loo is going in before the new floor goes in.
At this rate we'll have everything new in here. Shower and sink next, I shouldn't wonder.
