Neither was cleaning my bikes, practicing guitar or helping put the shelf up in the hallway but I haven't tried to decorate a room, lay a carpet, rotavate the garden or any of my normal weekend activites.

I'm off to make a butty now.

Seeing as you're offering then, try not to put too much butter on the toast though, ît makes the egg and bacon slide off.

No sugar either, I'm sweet enough already darlin'. :biggrin:

You are indeed :smile:
Not toasting though. I put marmalade on my bacon butties. Not a lot of marmalade, just a little. It enhances and compliments the flavour of the bacon.

Ever tried it? People have apple sauce with pork, orange or plum sauce with duck, why not a little skim of marmalade with a nice bacon butty.
Meat and fruit don't mix for me, like pork and apple sausages for instance.

I had duck a l'orange once, not bad, but not something I'd be bothered about if I never have it again
