I am designing a tree-house. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/ kitchennette, and a dining/ viewing deck, hanging off 7 trees in a wood near here. My client has a number of quirky short term holiday lets (converted showman's carriage, for example), and wants something a little more up-market, potentially for honeymooners. The funniest thing of all is that this is my 4th go at it: we've moved to a different wood, and twice had trees come down in the winter gales.
, getting over aches from yesterday, so maybe longer version of ride for my blog, a little light gardening work and a bike clean and oil up..
@MikeG, a chap on my regular round-the-block dog walk has been building a much simpler tree house in his garden for over four years now, I'm sure it was for a new child arrival and I'm equally sure the child will have grown out of it at the rate he's going...keep thinking the project is abandoned but there seems to be a new addition to it every now and then, he's got the roof on now a year after just polythening the supports..!![]()

WhatsthahavingGood morning, all. As usual my dinner is cooking... waiting... waiting...![]()

Cutting the lawn! It's that talkative WD not taking part, she's obviously got a lot on with shearing and what not. SL is at the docs, others are at work, some are even working proper at proper work!
Me, I've just done my new improved ride report on my blog, now contemplating which of the many garden jobs to start, preferably one that I can finish before dog walk time... Giro stage after that... but a fresh coffee first of course..![]()
