on Monday, picking up usual litter..
Load of KFC rubbish just dumped in a corner, stops machine...
picks up said litter and as I lift a box out spills a fiver, result..karma eh?

Phew....the boy is finally out the door (back to school today). We had a few dramas but he's gone out happy enough.
The older lad has his induction day at college on Friday.
The daughter is now working two jobs (one with the horses and the other at the pub across the road).

Morning all, peaceful here too at the moment although the to do list is a bit long looking... Planning on a write up today, cook a chilli (always better to mature it for extra enjoyment and depth of flavour later on) and get out in the garden later to trim an unruly beech hedge.

Returning briefly to last nights subject, having just got back from a jaunt to the Cardigan area I must say that one of the things that both MrsD and I love is the lack of cloned High Streets in that area. We visited Cardigan one day and trawled a few antique shops in Newport Emlyn on another and the shops in both places, even the coffee shops, are mostly characterful, individual and independent. Refreshingly enjoyable compared to 'Anytown England'. (And I**a)

Just got an email telling me that my fixing kit will be delivered today

Happy fixing. I just got one informing me my Joby Gorillapod is coming today as well. I'm going to celebrate by waiting all day for the light to go and then disappearing this evening to do a low light orchard picture with my camera attached to a field gate or a tree.
