Sorry to hear that, @ScotiaLass . I've had a few moments like that with my commuter bike this year. One of the prices we pay for doing our own maintenance, I guess. I hope you get it sorted out .

It's a fairly new bike and it's been in to them twice now for the gears.
I'll be dropping it in to them next week. I have the hybrid so it's not too bad, at least I can get about as my husband is away with the car most of next week.

Mine will be plodding into town on the hybrid and popping in to the LBS although I know they'll just tell me to drop it in on Monday - at least they'll be expecting it. I don't want it back until those gears are perfect!!
After that, housework I expect.

Morning all, crossed fingers for better internet today then, not that it'll make any difference really... got so frustrated with it yesterday I read a book and typed a new CV up and generally had no distractions.. back to being procrastinator extraordinare today though, it is the weekend after all..
