Another beautiful day here. The temperature has dropped a bit and it's actually very comfortable nowadays, which makes the island even better.

I'm sure the sky is a deep blue once the rain, cloud and miserable conditions disappear, it'll be fine..
Enjoy the sunshine whilst poor Malin Head is being buffeted with 45 knot winds as I write.

Sat at lunchtime by the side of the river, white horses aplenty and a very strong N wind rocking the pick up.
I could have just snoozed off....
Sunny and still windy but very mild

You could have a point there Mr C, I seem to recollect when watching the BBC weather forecast Scotland and the North of Ireland seem to get colder temperatures more often than the middle of England.
Poor old @Blue might be living up to his name

Max speed here was maybe 50 mph gusts with regular 30+ but Cairngorm Summit had 90mph winds mid afternoon...
