Hope you had a good night
We did thanks.

It was 'last night' for the last of our regular friends to leave this year so the late nights won't be so frequent/long over our last 11 days. Although, I must admit that we aren't feeling too bad as we drink more fruit juice than beer etc., when we go out.

Going to the Greek only karaoke tonight and trying a Syrian restaurant with two ex-pat acquaintances on Monday to celebrate a birthday on their side. We're looking forward to that.

It's a bit warm today, 27c and humid.:heat:

We had a Cocker when I was a young lad, bit my Dad in a caravan in Rhyll, best part of the whole holiday.

Yes, they are lovely.

I believe from research that some Springers can have that Sudden Onset Aggression Syndrome.

Whereas GSD's are just plain awesome.
That's interesting.
When I left home, the dog stayed with my parents...it was about 3 years old.
It became extremely aggressive, mainly with food but I put that down to my dad.
It snapped at one of my kids (almost biting him) and I refused to bring the kids back to visit.
It turned from being a really sweet loving dog to a very nasty animal that I would never trust around my kids

And now for awesome GSD's
Never had a bad one. My last dog, Wallace (and forgive me if I've said this before) was superb.
As you know my son has autism. When he was young and would get upset, or go into a meltdown, the dog would lay quietly beside him until he was calm. We never taught him to do that. In fact, I used to get worried as my son would lash out but still that dog never moved from his side.

We were all in bits when he died and it's taken my son a couple of years to 'like' our current GSD.

Morning.
Just got here.....got off to a good start, cleaning up etc then bent down to pick up something off the floor and wham.... my back locked as I went to straighten up.
I'm now sitting down with a hot water bottle. It's eased slightly, as in I can now stand up and move, but it's very delicate

What a lovely cat. I hope you have many years of happy friendship.

One of ours caught a mouse out in the garden today. I wish they would kill their prey quickly instead of playing with it. Still, kept her out of mischief for a while - she's usually having a biff at the others as they stroll by, the little madam!!
