Interesting weather here overnight and this morning. At about 2am a large and heavy rainstorm moved over Melbourne metro area, with lots of very loud lightning. It was gone by the time I left for work, and not a drop fell on me! But just now, it seems to have returned, and more rain and lightning is here. The lights keep flickering at my workplace. G'morning all.

Another beautiful day here. We had an almighty lightening storm in the early hours, during the karaoke. It was amazing singing while the sky lit up and the rain was bouncing outside. Despite the fact that was between 12.30 - 2.00am in late October the pavements were already pretty dry when we left the taverna!

Probably wouldn't have noticed if it was wet as you were probably well oiled

Back to GSD,'s.
Our current dog came from a kennel in Germany where he had been for 5 months.
He was a pup and a bit excitable and seemingly deaf to all our commands.

One evening, shortly after getting him, we were watching TV and a comedian came on and during his set, started shouting in German.
The dog leapt up and stared at the TV intently before barking!
We were in fits....we rewound it and he did it again!

He does understand English now
