A driver called in making the threat to take us out. They didn't appear to believe it was a mobile phone.
Driver will now have a handset thats not working properly now, and can't be repaired either.

I'm a bit lost Mr C, who called in threatening to take who out?
Who didn't believe it was a mobile phone?
I'm confused

Driver didn't like being caught on camera. His response was to phone the police, threatning to take me out unless they came. Call recorded by the police.

Driver made the claim I was carrying a police radio, when the police arrived. As said last night, its 14 years old. Something was said to the police that I was carrying an offensive weapon in the shape of a mobile phone. Police agreed it could be classed as an offensive weapon. And at one point seemed ready to take it off me.
Driver confused a camera with a mobile phone.
