What a mizzy old day it's been today. Rain rain and more rain. We took the hounds for a quick wander around the block and when we got back, Hubster announced that he'd lost the front door key so we went all the way back around, in the opposite direction, to look for the key. We found it, about 10 yards from the front gate as we were arriving back at the flat. We got a bit wet. The dogs were not happy with the longer walk. When we got back in I discovered that Hubster hadn't locked the back door, like he said he had, so we could have got back in anyway.

I have done some serious spare key hiding now. God bless geocaching!

Be careful, it's a bit strange in the forest

High 6's all round
We went to Cinderford many years ago, our local team played them in the FA Cup, and it reminded us of a scene from Deliverance. We were in a pub and it was full of the most odd characters you have ever come across, the people that were running it were a load of upside down head bikers (beards and shaven heads). You got the feeling as an outsider you wanted to leave after the football, no going back for a drink after and spending the night in the town.
