Morning all. It's not going to rain until about 1pm, according to the BBC local forecast. Will try to ride and meet Hubster from dialysis. I have wwww to do first though. A quick hour of ringing schools and then I can go play in the woods with my dogs then ride my bike.

I have an Options hot chocolate to get going. Having a fast day today and I have woken up really hungry, which doesn't bode well but we shall see how it goes.

Morning all... still flattened at the moment...(very hacked off with this now) no bike today, even though it looks beautiful out there and there's not a breath of wind moving air. Maybe camera and a walk instead...
