Doctor was late this morning. Just to add to the wait.Why give you appointment times, when even the first ones in the morning run late

Sounds like Hubster's clinic appointments. Wait for an hour, seen by nurse. Go to vampire department, wait 45 minutes for blood test, have test back to clinic waiting room for another 30 minute wait then in to the consultant's office for approximately 3 minutes and that's it for another 2 months.

I remember after my stroke as an outpatient when I had a 24 hour ECG monitoring device removed one day. Fitment was actually justified, explaining to me what I should do, be aware of etc... but the removal appointment goes....
Appointment at 3pm, I need help to get there (RDE Hospital Wonford Exeter) so my Dad picks me up, (20 minute drive to me), 30 minute drive into hospital, 15 minutes finding parking, in time, 2.45, for 3pm appointment, sit in waiting area...sit....sit...sit...4.15pm ish man looks out door of room, shouts my name, I go in, I raise my shirt, he unclips the band holding the device on me and says 'Thank you. That's it.' Get out of room, still 4.15pm ish.
Drive home, 30 minutes.
