Cuppa finished, water to hand - office quite warm today - and a good 3.8mile walk, in a few mins over the hour. Not bad bearing in mind I had to stop to poo pick, hang on to the pup while he was doing his biscuit at other dogs, etc. A good 3mph average so happy with that. We were not in a hurry, just enjoying the sun while Hubster snoozes the afternoon away in bed.

Guitar practice for 20 mins, then w*** for 20 minutes, practice again, then w*** again. I'll consider some lunch in a bit, but it's too warm at the mo.

Cycled up Coulport (entrance) way last year.
a big change since I spent my 21st birthday fishing the beach at the old entrance.
They have expanded massively..

No, that would be Cornwall surely? I was thinking that if the Westminster Village had nuclear subs sailing up and down the Thames and anchoring themselves next to the drinks terrace they may take a stronger view on disarmament - as it is they are out of sight, out of mind.

Beautiful south syndrome makes you sick.
When the vote was on up the other side of the border and Mr Salmond kept on about Scotland losing out because of a Westminster a lot of people this side of the border also feel left out because of the beautiful south and no one else.
The midlands the north and Wales are also blighted in places and are just forgotten about.
