Afternoon folks. I was hoping to get out on my bike today, but still feeling ill, so decided to try and do a bIt in the garden. Spent half an hour digging and weeding, well coughing a lot actually. I cant believe how weak a cold can leave you. Now have coffee so alls well in the end .

I bought some of those after seeing how quickly it inflated someone else's tyre - first time on my own with a puncture I tried it, managed to freeze the valve which knackered the inner! Bl00dy things...

Don't they reckon you have to be careful and not touch the cylinder as that gets real cold also

Today is a good day. I've worked on my negotiating skills and Dentist checked the temp filling over grotty back tooth and we decided to leave it and fill (no anesthetic as I hate it) one where a filling has chipped away a bit in the last couple of months and I keep getting bits of protein bar stuck in it. All pain free and fast. I know that the back tooth needs to go at some point but not to day. I am so relieved as I was having nightmares last night about it.
