Talking of members who haven't been seen lately. What about Solitaire? Can't recall seeing him for a couple of months now either.

Got out for a spin but I am sure the wind changed direction half way through. It felt like it was against me nearly all the time.

Lunch now followed by the usual dog walk this afternoon. Bedding in washing machine and it will be dry within an hour or so in this weather.

He's been missing for at least 2 months I would say

Just back my dog walk and I am not sure Mallorca would be much warmer today. Boiling out there. If my legs weren't so tired I would be extremely tempted to go back out on the bike.

Hello, I have returned!
I spent about 3 hours sitting in the sun, going over both bikes, putting the foam grips on the hybrid and giving the MTB a deep clean.
I got to the part where I was to lube the chain, and discovered I only had wet lube (ugh!).
Jumped in the car with Mr SL and ran to Halfrauds and got some dry stuff.
While there I popped into TK Maxx and picked up two Buffs (well, buff -like things!) for £6.99, so I'm pleased
We then went into Tesco and got lunch.

A skip has now arrived in next doors parking space, and is being filled with all sorts of bagged rubbish. The banging has stopped.

I have a Belles ride tonight, so will be heading out for that at about 5.30pm.
I now have about 7 ladies who want a longer mid-week ride, so it looks like I'll be busy! Oh and we have a 15 mile potter on Saturday too!

Good that you could rally/cajole/entice/inspire so many ladies to get out & ride on a regular or semi-regular basis.
