I just got up to get ready for a bike ride, and even though it's only just past 6am, it's already 25°C. It will reach 35 today, but I'll be home from Mt Dandenong at or before lunch time.

I have been to w*** and am now home. I have a nice cuppa and have had a chocolate pudding thingy.
The mini muffin things are frozen solid in the freezer, looking good so far. I shall let you know how they defrost in a week or so.

They freeze okay, no problem. Its what they're like once defrosted that counts.
