Well, I forced myself out on the bike and managed a rather slow 24 miles. Felt like hard work though but at least I got out. Been feeling pretty heavy legged and lethargic since the start of the year really.

I called 'No Mas' after 13 and took short way home...

Yup, working on a project for care of cancer patients post-treatment - I'm not clinical but my work should free up the clinicians to do what they do best and use their time with patients, not spreadsheets.

It always amazes me how MacMillan nurses can do their job, they must really love it.

After all the things they see at work are they still able to forget about it when they go home so they can have a normal life?
