Chilly wind here and snow keeps coming off and on. Says it is supposed to get worse around commuting time.....we shall see.

Got a bad case of the munchies the last couple of days. If this weather doesn't pick up soon and let me exercise a bit more, I am going to start putting weight on

We've not had any snow thankfully, hopefully it won't materialise for you either

Nothing much here, folks...so far.
Its forecast for tonight...
The big guns are parked up just off the main A road route to the top of the Port as its a big long steepish hill (I can cycle up it, yay!...now)to get on top of the snow clearing as they have ballsed it up so far the times we have had snow..

Hopefully it'll stay off until my middle child arrives home from WORK..
been freezin' strong wind today...

was it your good self that posted those links around Oct/Nov time that suggested one of the longest coldest winters on record, akin to the snows of 09/10 ?

I spent a month warning everyone I spoke to & it's really been fairly mild, no snow for Manchester Monkeys to play in.

Not suggesting that it is your fault but..

It's been rather breezy, white horses out on the river and hail, sleet and big wet snow so far...
Nothing lying at sea level..

Looks like you folks up north are in for a bit of a rough time. It was bad enough down here, really windy and it stopped the job in on area when one of lads hit a fallen tree. Fortunately no major damage or injuries.
