And believing in something can have a greater effect than the thing you're taking. The brain & heart work in odd ways.

1. Yes.

2. Could still be a placebo though - ideally would need to stop for a period of time to assess the affects without.

3. Regardless of affect on performance it's still an ideal way to introduce vitamins to the system.

Your like Mr WD. There was a programme on the other day. He said "that actress looks just like the one in x programme". "No, she doesn't". I said. "Yes she does". Says Mr WD. Me."just because 2 actresses have the same colour hair, doesn't mean they are the same actress". Mr WD. "But they do look the same".
