Morning Tealanders ,nice bright day here..I have 8 ton "about 70 barrow loads" of type1 mot stone waiting for me to barrow round a big house ,so ill try and think of this as complimentary exercise after yesterday's ride.Not .

My neck is still giving me grief, although less pins and needles. I've decided to go out on the planned ride with one of my fellow Belles - can't have her going alone!
Whether I can actually cross the aqueduct remains to be seen! @Pat "5mph" - I shall report back later but if you hear screaming from the Linlithgow area, I may not have made it!

Morning folks. I have treated myself to a slightly longer lie and breakfast first before I go out. Last time I looked out, I saw a paper delivery girl teetering carefully along the pavement so I think it must be really slippy. Might leave it another hour and see if it starts to melt now the sun's out.

It is indeed. Due to depart from a place near to Ely in Cambridgeshire soon... Perhaps.

One of these but with a Rohloff hub, triple front derailleur and some disability modifications...



To arrive around midday, so I may well be up to other things this morning... Like making some scones... Just about to take my nebuliser and then go for my walk. The short rest and some making before a longer rest and hope that it arrives!

Big day then SNSSO, hopefully!

House viewings day for me, Mrs ID is off and we've got two appointments in Cornwall to see a couple of places, then going to head off to the coast just to see an area that we've not been to before. A bright but cold start to the day here.

Well I've checked the tyre pressures (just as well too!) and lubed the chain - it didn't feel as though I had done it after the last time I washed the bike - oops!
Just got to get dressed shortly and sort the dog out before I leave.
I should be back after lunch...it depends how nice it is and how far we go!

I'll be taking a painkiller before I go and they are good for 6 hours. I'm sitting here not wanting to go (still in pj's) but I know I'll enjoy it once I'm out.
It's good having someone to ride with too - makes me get off my ass and get out there!
