I would say morning all, but given the time I will say afternoon all.

Just learnt that some friends have been hit by a truck whilst cycling through florida... He is injured, end of tour. dislocated shoulder and badly fractured scapula. She has escaped with cuts and bruises!

They gave us a lot of support over the internet when we had our dog bite issues and we were able to meet up with there a few months later when they were in the UK... It kind of brings it home to you really.

Not good news, but it could have been a lot worse. Hope they get well soon.
