Thanks @ScotiaLass, I iced it and kept an eye on it yesterday, it's actually been going down and the pain in bending it is now less but I did think at first I was going to have to do that.

No more hagging out of the cars etc..is that right

It will be interesting to see what has been said about that. Not sure myself but I am sure I have heard calls about the practice being stopped.
