anyway, I am of the Can't cook, Won't cook, Refuse to cook variety, so he ain't all that bad...

I can do a mean full English though & anything with Captain Birdseye on the box.

There was a little rise. Best so far and it actually tasted as it should, just need to work on height, browning and getting that oil a touch hotter and the batter completely cooked before serving.
