Yep. Dull and a bit misty here. Was hoping for sun before long but I think it's going to take longer to get through than I thought. Oh well, half way through a strong coffee before I head out for my morning constitutional with the pooch. Hoping for a wee spin once it brightens up.

It's a bit chilly out yet so I'll do some paperwork before getting a quick ride in.
Dogs walked, but my Millie-dog hasn't woken up yet. She is still alive, I have checked. She doesn't do early morning. Hubster waved off to dialysis and the morning is mine before w*** at noon for a whole 30 minutes and that's me done until tomorrow morning at 10am. Long day tomorrow, I won't finish until 3pm. I can hear you all laughing.

Dense fog here, slowly lifting. Think I might go and ride in it, not as though I'm likely to find any cars along my route! And it might wake me up.

Didn't sleep well. Hurt badly this am and didn't see any northern lights...

Time for some morphine, which reminds me. I have to ring the chemist when they open... They need to take the rubber pouch to the DR's because my drugs are controlled drugs... Don't ask. I didn't understand the message either. How a rubber pouch is going to stop someone streaking an NHS prescription and using it is beyond me. As far as I can see putting it in a rubber pouch simply states 'I'M A CONTROLLED DRUG' to me....
