Cake?

Could do with some cake myself. Been struggling with tired legs and a sore back but managed 41 miles this morning even although it nearly killed me. Hoping the doggy walk this afternoon will ease the legs and back. Another cuppa first with some brufen I think.

No cake! banana, apple and a tuna pot - though I may go for a wander to buy a coffee then who knows...???

You are eating very healthy. Still on the beetroot juice too?

I actually find I seem to be even more sluggish after a break so might have a couple of days of gentle spinning without working too hard.

I am still on the beetroot juice in the morning - make it with spinach, fresh and frozen fruit. Haven't been out on the bike much lately though and missed turbo session last night as I'm full of cold, so the exercising isn't going too well!

I am still on the beetroot juice in the morning - make it with spinach, fresh and frozen fruit. Haven't been out on the bike much lately though and missed turbo session last night as I'm full of cold, so the exercising isn't going too well!

I suspect I am going down with something as well. A couple of morning's in a row now, my OH has thought I was snivally... and I'm in the middle of a hypoglycemic attack at the moment. never a good sign. No idea why, but so glad I baled on yesterday being a fast day... still got the shakes after a couple of hours, plenty of food and water and even a hot chocolate. don't know what is going on, but at least I am still coherent to the point of being able to type... certainly not going to try doing anything at the moment.... other than keeping the phone handy.

Hum... someone has just walked into and back out of my kitchen. didn't hear a vehicle... ahhh just heard it drive away, so probably a delivery I have been waiting for.

To be fair I just have a heavy cold and it's not stopping me do anything, except get a decent sleep - and I could have gone to turbo last night but didn't want to spread my germs.

Afternoon peeps. It is a beautiful day here. 2 rugrats were here all morning. The school bus never arrived so they came up here. Spent the morning eating everything, then I took them to school for afternoon lessons.

its number 3 rugrats 14th birthday tomorrow, so I have just made chocolate brownies for him, along a with a card and some money, he should be quite happy.

I've just ordered some toe clips for my folder. They should be here tomorrow.

I have just seen what I wrote, and no classic, I didn't cook the card or the money.
