The hebola has struck me. 
I've been feeling sick and nauseous all day, and left work at lunchtime. I won't be back until Monday, I think. I've skipped lunch, because the very thought of food makes me want to
. The ride home was at half the usual speed, and the slightest hill felt like a mountain. Must have picked it up from someone at work, because my lifestyle is healthy enough.

Thats my world upside down. Him indoors went and change everything and got up five minutes before me. I had to queue for everything, now I'm running late.
Oh and this freezing cold snap? It's down to me. I put the thermals away in the cycling winter drawer. I have had to dig them back oot.

Ahhhh! The brain freeze took a few extra miles to abate this morning.
