I have been on the other side of the Tamar, let in (and out again) by virtue of my dual nationality status. Many miles, loads of fresh air, some of it travelling rather enthusiastically fast.

Natural drainage, no U-bends required.

I must be ancient because when I was at school we had a real school nurse with proper sick bay, with a couple of beds and screens etc

Unfortunately not. We were getting an 'on the ground' look at some of the North Cornwall areas where we had been looking at properties on street view etc and viewing a few while we were there as well. We were down in St Ives last night and this morning just because it's lovely though.
