After taking last Thursday and Friday off and turning my weekend into a long one, I was hoping I'd be out on my bike this long Easter weekend, but I've gone and picked up another flu bug. Not the same as the one I had a week ago, but enough to keep me off the bike this weekend. I won't be doing much or going anywhere.
Feel for you there buddy... have a Manly (not Sea Eagles) :hugs:

It is.

I have a huge shake most mornings for breakfast. I add spinach to the vanilla or banana ones - I love a spinach smoothie in the morning and it makes up to about a pint. I have a small omelette & mushrooms, or tuna salad (green salad) for lunch then something like a chilli, a curry, spag bol, shepherds pie or carbonara for tea with either choc buns (my mix makes 4 buns or one big squishy gooey choc pudding), apple & cinnamon muffins, apple pie & custard for afters/supper. If I'm feeling stuffed, sometimes I have another shake instead of afters/supper.
I can have black coffee and any tea (no milk) as long as it's from the leaf or root. Only 3 small cups from flower tea.

I love it. I get to eat quite enough, I'm getting thinner and I can drink buttermint tea. On the twitface group, we call it the 'see food' diet. It's all those chocolate type products that really make us all happy.

In the meantime, I have a lovely flavoured coffee on the go at the moment.

Not at the moment. After the dentist on Monday, my upper jaw pain goes up to my eye socket. I've taken painkillers and today is day 3. The pain will start to subside on day 4, I know this from experience. I can't concentrate on anything, including guitar. I've done nothing but exercises and scales this week. Both Eric Johnson pieces are going unpracticed this week. I haven't gone to guitar today. Bosslet knows the agony of tooth problems so is very understanding. Back on track, guitar wise, tomorrow or Saturday.

All my menu meals are 200 calories each so a max of 800 calories across the day but I get 100% of the RDA of all the nutritional stuff. Doctor put me onto to the diet plan and it's really working well. I have 3 'on plan' meals plus the omelette or salad as 'proper' food. I've very partial to the chocolate buns, raspberry porridge muffins etc though. Filling and seriously tasty.^_^
