Morning Teepees! Very misty cycle to werk this morning, though once it burns off should be a cracker! Pity I'm stuck inside mind, but at least I get to cycle home.

Hope you all have a great Monday, whereever you are and whatever you're doing!
It'll chuck it down the minute you get to the road. It has to, especially if it been sunny all day long, whilst you were stuck inside.
Hope you packed the waterproofs!

Direct sunlight doesn't count though!
Shade temperatures are what are used.
I know, Sir..
best shade temp yesterday was 10.4c
its normally kept at the N facing side of the house but I took it off the post to put up one of my radio doodahs and moved to the S facing back garden.

Gorgeous here!
I was at Lidl at 8am and picked up some cheap panniers for the hybrid, a first aid kit and a multi tool. I got the lad a gel cover - I hate them but he loves them and the last one he had was thrown out some time ago, so he's well happy and wants to go out for another ride today!
I am busy clearing out the shed - just came in for some :cuppa:
Between us we now have 6 bikes!
My hybrid and MTB plus Mr SL's MTB live in the house, my full suspension MTB plus Mr SL's full sus, live in the shed, along with the lads bike.
My older lad has the use of my old MTB so he doesn't have one of his own, thank goodness! I am going to get some hooks this week to hang 2 up once we've moved the shed around.
I have also found some bits that can go to the boot sale and have a few bags of rubbish so far.
Mr SL is off on holiday for 2 weeks after tonights shift, so we'll get a rubbish run done this week.
I also have a 12ft trampoline to get rid of!

It was maybe a mistake asking the youngest lad to help me, as I kinda forgot his phobia of insects and spiders
He freaked out at the first one he seen and legged it back to the house. It took me 10 mins to calm him down but he seems okay now.

I'm not keen but try not to freak for his sake.
He has Aspergers and we didn't know he was like this until after a trip to a butterfly farm, where he screamed his way round!
He is the same with ladybirds, flies, bees, wasps.....anything that flies really!
We went to a bird of prey centre and he got the chance to hold lovely eagle owl but refused. I held it instead

:sun: here. Another 46 miles done. Still nowhere near as much energy as I had at this time last year, but blood tests came back normal so just pushing on hoping it is maybe viral or something and passes soon. My strong point used to be climbing but finding it hard at the moment. Still, getting out in that weather makes up for most things.

on a visit to mi Mams, delivering pressie & card for BIL birthday (he is going to watch Saints)...

Ducking out of todays Leigh Centurions match, watching pennies & saving it for the Challenge Cup match v Salford instead.

Did the pub yesterday afternoon instead of the usual walk up Rivington Pike, beer in Rivington Barn & walking round the motorbike meet. :okay:
