Beautiful afternoon here, been for a steady ride out.
Just did a non stop 50 miles and even taking it steady it ended up at 17.8 mph average, strange how the nicer weather just seems to help you spin along

Good Evening
What a corker of a day.. Two hours around Cardigan Bay with the family on a rib this morning watching the dolphins in absolutely glorious mill pond conditions, a very fine, and at times very speedy way to start the day at 8.30am. Coffee and teacakes at about 11am felt like lunchtime, took FIL out to buy a tablet computer in the afternoon, visited a new bike shop in Camaerthen where the least expensive bike was £2400.... The car park outside was free so that's all I had from there...

No, don't do it, just save my rides to Garmin, last Sunday might have been a bit more of a day for that sort of thing.

Evening all. Cracking ride round the towpaths - 15 miles in glorious sunshine and new shorts
Held a steady 11 mph for the 7 miles or so home. Well pleased with that, on the MTB and on towpaths.

I'm trying Runtastic Pro just now....more for the heart rate function.
I still enable the Garmin as the main trip recorder..
