There's something quite quaint about it, perhaps it's just the canal boats - gotta love a narrowboat!
Yeah, a motor cruiser. For the money spent I could have bought a nice bike :cry:
The pace of a canal holiday is gentle bordering on sedate but it quickly becomes expensive in diesel once you leave the canals and can max it out at 11 knots (:wahhey:) on Loch Ness

I did have a sneaky glance but the prices are pretty high, even for a narrowboat - cheaper in the long run to buy one and live on it!
