Urgh, customer service is non existent with o2, I have a sim only contract (I bought my phone separately years ago) and even something so simple to administer seems to be beyond the abilities of the call centre droids.

o2 are fantastic, they are the main sponsors of Leigh Centurions Championship Winners & can do no wrong.


i dont have a phone contract with them though.
