I just bought some AM41's from crc for the muddy wet night rides to cheer me up ..I feel angry today..

Morning everyone
I know it's only just morning but I have walked to the doctors and pretty much insisted on blood tests after the last doctor told me to wait 2 years. I even managed to pop to the chemist for painkillers. Then I walked down to the West Norwich Hospital and back again ready to log and wave 'hello' at everyone.

Feeling quite chuffed with the walking today. I could have ridden but our roads are ungritted and I decided that if I fell over from 5'7" and 3.5mph it would hurt less than from 5'10" and 12mph. Less chance of being run over by a passing bin lorry too.

I now have my first cup of tea of the day and a banana
