Morning everyone. Hi @IDMark2 , @172traindriver , @stephec , @Bobby Mhor , @welsh dragon , @ScotiaLass, @classic33 , @the_mikey and anyone else that I have forgotten.
Been interesting so far. I got out of bed and my knee decided not to support me so I collapsed in a heap on top of the Greyhound in his basket. He was proper miffed with me and got up and stalked off in a huff. @solitaire will be telling me off for squashing the dog

Knee was feeling funny yesterday, kind of baggy and not very strong. I've put some heat cream and MSM gel on it and having another cuppa, I might have some toast too in a min.

I can see clearly now... walk, then windows done and I made the mistake of just moving a little bit of moss that had formed on my non-running, parked there for years car... ended up washing that too.
Recovery next I think..
