Well it turns out cleaning the house is more important so that's me off the bike today could probably do with the rest tbh

If you put enough effort into cleaning you will soon work up a sweat Just look on it as active rest, and you will be fighting fit for another week of commuting.

According to the weather forecast, from about 1pm it's going to be bright and sunny. 7 degrees too, so I shall go out riding in an hour or so. Hubster has gone back to bed for the afternoon (He thinks, but he'll be getting up to ride).
In the meantime, I have marmite on toast for lunch.

We were given a delivery slot of 11:00 - 15:00, and they turned up at 11:30.

The new washing machine is now spinning away, top hole old bean.

I still don't see what's so exciting about it, although the spin cycle is very quiet, so I'm told.

Well I've tided the kitchen and exhausted myself so am now sat down again.
Waiting on hubby finishing watching a gaming programme then I'm going to kill something on the PS3.

Dogs have just had an extra walk around the block and we are just changing into riding stuff and looking for the spare pedals to take back to Evans. Our route is passing Evan's on purpose. We plan to exchange the surplus pedals for a new compressed air tyre thingy kit.

I'm thinking of sending this to Viz's top tips, what do you reckon?

Laides, when looking at your new washing machine for the first time do not ask your husband, "which drawer does the powder go in?" The blank look on his face will only disappoint you.

Furthermore, once you have read the instructions and put the first wash on, do not call him back into the kitchen and ask why it hasn't started when you haven't even closed the door properly.
