I have hot commutes ahead. The maximum temperature will be over 30°C every day for the next week, and may almost reach 40 on Wednesday. I expect to weigh a bit less by next weekend.

Funny how a couple hours walking around kills me, but I can do 30 on the bike and still be smiling!
Did all I wanted and making a chicken stir fry with sticky rice tonight.
Oh and the boys new bus pass came today (that was quicker than expected) so I will be £2.40 better off each day.
