True @Bobby Mhor, but our Mr Lerner can't find anyone, and we will be missing the £10m party/game I think.
I remember seeing an interview with I reckon a high up Derby director, who said with the tv money and sponsors, corporates etc, they didn't need the revenue from the fans, it was a bonus.
Don't forget the 10 friday night games this time round
Charming.

And I didn't even mention changing ends after 45 minutes.
Last season i paid £17 per game & they forced me/i chose to stand up, for this i only got an 80 minute match & had to endure try after try & conversion after conversion, then on top of that they made everyone sing & create an atmosphere as if we were having a good time.

This season it is £19 to stand up & be hounded into enjoying Rugby League again.

I feel cheated....

in protest i am going to buy one less pint at the match.

I remember when I did some work at Swizzells in New Mills years ago.

In one of the departments was a big picture of Arnold in a scene from the film with the title, 'Commando,' on it.

Above the picture was a hand written sign that said, "Jill goes....'

Apparently it was a reference to one of the girls who worked in that department, who I unfortunately never got to meet.

To get yourself into a position where you're able to be a director you surely can't be that stupid?

He must realise that the sponsors are only buying advertising space, and if there are no fans who are they going to sell their products to?

It's fans going into the ground, or watching on TV, that keep the sponsorship money rolling in.
