So 14 is the new 16 .

Does talcing the liners make that much difference and what happened to 15?

It makes a big difference to the builder, easy to put the liners on the mandrel and to strip them when finished. Have to wait for them to cool without talc, wastes time but their call.
As for 15, I thought I'd let them down gently
