Will possibly go out later, it was white with frost here, but slowly clearing. Where the sun hasn't reached it's still white. Don't think many would have gone out first thing, because its was wet yesterday and there is probably still some ice in the lanes.

Not needing a new pillow are you? I find my headaches often start in my neck/base of skull area and blame posture and wear and tear.

I find this. I love a new pillow.

Lovely sunny day here in Evesham. Only just woken up, would love to go for a first ride on the "new" large Alur but the gears are so not set up, its not rideable atm

I bought Mr WD a new pillow. He had a memory foam one as well. Bloomin horrible things. I have a duck down and feather pillow. Always had feather pillows.

Hmmm, you may be only something - Mrs Fu has one of those memory foam pillows, I find it rock solid and wouldn't want one - I wonder if that is causing it?

So glass of water before bed (though if she is getting up at 3am for a pee you lot are dead!) and change of pillow - anything else??

We were discussing that yesterday. I will go today for a new pillow. I've been waiting for a cheque to clear and today is the day.

Hah, typical, there's a free option to try first but oh no...any excuse to go shopping is all it takes...
