Dehydration? I used to wake up with headaches until I started drinking a glass of water at bedtime (not that you seem to have a bedtime as such...)
I drink water before bed and I take a bidon of water to bed with me. It goes on my bedside drawer table thing. I often wake up a bit thirsty so I always have water. I'm not diabetic, I've been tested. I'm just a thirsty person. I can drink a good half a litre over night on a thirsty night.

I mentioned before about going to see a house which it turned out was well known and linked to my mother in her very young years...the stars seemed aligned..
I phoned the Estate Agent to confirm the viewing appointment and he told me he'd postponed all viewings pending resolution of the 'marital difficulties' of the vendors. Seems she already moved out and wants to sell it while he's still in it and refusing to let people in! Stars not aligned so going to look at a different place tomorrow.
Might be a warning from the spirits.
