Phew need this mug of coffee, yes coffee.

Felt I needed a strong intake of caffeine. Having only just assured myself that falling off bike was a thing of the past. Over I go on black ice. Sadly I cant recount an amazing execution; stopped at junction, put foot on ground and off it goes at right andles to my body. The split decision was made to follow said foot as failing to do so would have resulted in hospitalisation

Only thing that was hurt was pride.

I have the easiest shift known to man today, less than 4 hours for the price of 5 (minimum paid duty) to keep my hours down.

I have been upsetting the suits too, by email.

Just highlighted some proper dodgy working practices & quoted some law & Health & Safety.

I have left a nice trail for my future use should I ever need to call upon it

Morning everyone
Nice day here, so far. Off to walk my dogs, then blueberry pancakes for breakfast I think. Then off to walk client's dogs. Quick bike ride in there as well with luck.
I'm supposed to be practicing Guthrie Govan - Fives but not feeling the love this morning, my hands really hurt today. They'll get better as the day goes along I should think. They generally do.

Morning Teepees! Another day off today, off to St Andrews, then Dundee to pick up Junior Fu - after that we are back to Edinburger for a birthday meal! Busy, busy day.

Are you a member of IOSH? I did their Diploma back in the 80's when I worked in accident investigation and spent a lot of time with industrial safety officers.

Just a recent incident, this side o'Pennines, led to a driver being "told off" by the person who'd issued what was being worn.
Nearly a walkout. Same company over that side

No, never heard of 'em Blue.

I am a bit of a Shop Steward/Unionist type though.

I like to point out management failings due to the fact they take pleasure in attacking us & refuse to defend our position, not all the time, but often enough for resentment to breed.

The only concern our lot have is productivity & they have little regard for the Health & Safety of a certain section of staff.



Some people seem to be 'protected' & can do no wrong even when doing wrong.

Office staff have 'very adaptable rules' which are altered to suit at any given time.

In my work enviroment there is a deeply cultured mistrust between one faction & another.

I shall say ney more aboot it.
