A tad baltic here this morning. Not sure how I'm going to manage a safe dog walk as the roads and pavements are absolutely glistening with ice. Should probably look out the ice grippers again I think.

Another medical appointment for my Dad later in the morning too so better get my skates on............now that might be a good idea, I could skate my way round the walk. Lol

Ouch. I hope it works out well for you in the end. I had to endure a 'decimation' in our workplace about a year ago, and another 2 years prior. it was literally a decimation, too, because we were told that 1 in 10 of us had to take voluntary or involuntary redundancy. Fortunately on those occasions at least I missed the cut.

ahh but when I go for my walk later on I need to be dressed and I can't do it myself.... plus there is no one else to help me and my OH is away all day with work in Glasgow... he'll still be on the train at the moment and I will be going for the first of my physio walks shortly. Its just a tad warmer with clothes on!
