Now look you daft Northerners...In Devon, where Cream Teas are ubiqitous by their availabilty on every square inch of tourist trap in the vicinity, it's cut scone (as in 'gone', not 'done') apply generous lashing of cream, then a delicate spoonful of jam and then apply the bill for it, making the tourists whiter than the cream. Simple. :smile:
