thanks - I'm not sure about the better bit but my head is that far away right now that I can't really tell... just about to take some more codeine to add to the 2 doses of morphine and paracetamol plus the pregabalin... and the next dose of pregabalin is due very soon as well.. so it will be a very quiet afternoon away with the fairies...

Mmmmmm......looks good. Just about to leave to visit my dad and stepmum. She always makes too much to eat and I can't resist anything if it's put in front of me. Must try and be good. Finding the cycling/jogging hard enough without putting on weight.
